Quick answer

Opening inventory should cover playable tables and the maintenance system around them: matched balls, cloth, house cues, racks, cue rests, brushes, ball cleaning, spare tips, pocket parts and a written inspection routine.

Standardize the playing equipment

Use consistent ball sets, racks and house cues across comparable tables. Confirm table lighting, scorekeeping, cue storage and seating without blocking cue clearance or technician access.

Prepare maintenance from day one

Assign daily cloth and rail cleaning, scheduled ball cleaning, level checks, pocket and return-path inspection, cue-tip service and incident records. Keep drinks and sitting off rails through clear staff rules.

Order a venue spare-parts kit

Choose spare cloth, cushions or facings, pockets, fasteners, levelers, cue tips, chalk, brushes and model-specific electrical parts with the supplier. Label them by table model and store installation guidance with the kit.

What to include in your RFQ

For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
