Quick answer

Service access should be a specification, not an afterthought. Ask how a technician reaches the ball-return path, leveling points, payment area, lighting and internal fasteners without damaging finished surfaces.

Create a venue inspection routine

Record daily cloth and rail cleaning, ball checks, return-path tests, level checks, cue-tip service and incident notes. The exact routine depends on traffic, but it should be written before opening.

Keep model-specific parts ready

A practical spare kit may include cloth, pockets, facings or cushions, fasteners, levelers, cue tips, chalk, brushes and electrical parts where applicable. Label parts by model and keep the installation guide with them.

What to include in your RFQ

For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
