Compare quotations only after every supplier answers the same specification sheet. A lower total can omit slate grade, cloth, balls, installation materials, export packing, spare parts or technical support.
Normalize the playing specification
Place table size, playing surface, slate construction, cushion profile, pocket geometry, cloth grade, leveling method and ball-return system in one comparison table. Treat any missing field as unconfirmed, not equivalent.
Separate standard scope and options
Ask suppliers to identify what is included, what is optional and what is buyer-supplied. Record logo treatment, finish colors, lighting, ball sets, cues, racks, covers, tools and spare parts as individual lines.
Compare landed-project risk
Review crate construction, moisture protection, component identification, packing dimensions, documentation, installation guidance, warranty scope and replacement-part process. Purchase price alone does not show the cost of damage, delay or incomplete installation.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
