Write a discipline-specific brief
State whether the cloth is for American pool, snooker, Chinese pool or another discipline, and include table size, venue type, expected use and target playing speed.
Approve color and performance samples
Review physical swatches for color under venue lighting, surface consistency, stretch and edge quality. When possible, install a trial cloth on the selected table platform before bulk approval.
Plan packing and repeat supply
Confirm roll or set packing, moisture protection, labels, lot identification, spare quantity and repeat-order color control. These details matter when one distributor serves multiple clubs.
