Quick answer

Verify a pool table manufacturer through matching legal identity, current factory evidence, model-specific specifications, a playable sample or approved reference, traceable QC records and written packing and after-sales terms. A polished website or low price is not enough evidence on its own.

Confirm who will sign and manufacture

Match the company name on the quotation, payment account, business documents and website. Ask which facility builds the selected model, which work is completed in-house and which components are sourced. Record the legal seller and manufacturing responsibility in the order documents.

Inspect product evidence, not only factory scale

Request current photos or video of the exact table platform, frame, slate support, cushions, pockets, leveling points and packing method. Review a playable sample or agreed reference table for roll, rebound, pocket response, finish and assembly before bulk production.

Make quality control traceable

Define measurable checkpoints before the order: component dimensions, frame assembly, slate support, leveling, rail and pocket alignment, finish, branding, functional tests and final packing. Ask how inspection findings are recorded and how non-conforming items are handled.

Put commercial promises in writing

MOQ, sample scope, material approvals, production window, export packing, spare parts, installation support, warranty handling and destination documents should appear in the quotation or order record. Treat verbal assurances as unconfirmed until they are written against the selected model.

What to include in your RFQ

For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
