Define the customer, retail position, target size, visual language, compliance needs and landed-cost target before drawings begin.
Approve physical evidence
Color chips and renders help, but the final approval should include material samples, a playable prototype or an agreed golden sample.
Define QC before production
Agree on measurable checkpoints for dimensions, finish, assembly, play response, logo placement and packaging before the production run starts.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
