Start with customer segments
Estimate league teams, casual groups, tournament players, coaching demand and peak-hour waiting. A venue serving several segments often benefits from a deliberate mix rather than one size throughout.
Model revenue per usable square metre
Compare expected occupancy, hourly rate, event use and maintenance time for each table size. Include space lost to cue clearance, spectator circulation, seating and safe access—not only cabinet footprints.
Design for operations
Keep sightlines open, allow technicians to reach leveling points and ball returns, and group tables by event format where practical. Plan power, lighting and spare-parts access before fixing the final layout.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
