Start with the billiard discipline
Pool, snooker and English pool systems can use different ball specifications. Confirm the target discipline, market and table model before asking for a quotation.
Check pockets and ball return
Ball diameter must work with pocket openings, internal tracks, separators and collection trays. A mismatched set can jam a commercial ball-return system or change the playing response.
Approve a complete matched set
Request a complete sample set with packaging. Check the cue ball, numbered or colored balls, tray or case, printed information and replacement-ball availability before approving a wholesale order.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
