Do not publish or accept a universal number of pool tables per container. Loading capacity changes with table model, slate packing, accessory cartons, crate orientation, legal payload and the approved protection standard.
Build the plan from packing data
Request the packed dimensions, gross weight and package count for every component. Use a numbered packing list and a scale loading drawing for the selected 20GP or 40HQ container before confirming the purchase quantity.
Protect the critical components
Slate edges, finished cabinets, metal frames, rails and glass or lighting components need different protection. Prevent movement, separate hardware and keep installation kits identifiable without opening every crate.
Design the unloading sequence
The destination team should know crate weights, lifting points, required equipment and the order in which components leave the container. Loading efficiency is valuable only when the products can be unloaded safely and matched to each table.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
