Match the complete rail system
Treat the cushion as part of a rail assembly. Ask the supplier to document the subrail angle, rubber cross-section, facing thickness, cloth installation and finished nose height. Replacement rubber should be checked against the original rail rather than selected from a photograph.
Use measurable acceptance evidence

Approve one playable sample

Plan replacement and traceability
Keep the rubber supplier or model reference, production lot, installation date and rail position in the service record. Ask for spare material from the approved configuration when repeatability matters across a multi-table venue.
