Level the support structure before finishing the slate. Verify each slate section, seam and final cloth-covered surface in several directions, then document the accepted readings and roll tests.
Inspect the foundation
Confirm floor stability, leg contact, frame fasteners, cross-member support and adjuster range. Temporary compressible packing is not a substitute for a stable leveling method.
Finish slate and pockets
Check slate alignment, seam support, screw treatment, cushion height, pocket alignment and cloth tension. The finished surface should be smooth without raised seams, visible fastener points or loose cloth.
Run acceptance tests
Roll clean matched balls slowly in both directions, test cushion response and play representative shots around every pocket. Photograph the final setup and keep an installation record for after-sales diagnosis.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
