Match the model code, quantity, color, logo position and table configuration. Inspect finished panels, rails, pockets, legs and visible hardware under consistent light; record scratches, color mismatch, loose fittings or incorrect branding before packing hides them.
Check frame, slate and assembly-critical parts
Confirm the ordered slate configuration and identify every slate or playfield package. Inspect frame connections, leveling points, rail alignment, pocket openings and model-specific hardware. Where a complete assembly test is part of the agreed inspection scope, record level and ball-roll checks without inventing one universal tolerance.
Reconcile accessories and spare parts
Count balls, cues, racks, brushes, cloth, pockets, fasteners, installation materials and any agreed spare kit against the packing list. Label model-specific service parts so the destination installer can identify them without relying on a photo-only support request.
Approve packing and release evidence
Photograph component protection, slate-edge protection, hardware segregation, labels, package numbers and sealed crates. Record dimensions and gross weights from the final packing list. Release the shipment only after nonconformities have a written disposition and the buyer has the inspection record.
Put inspection scope in the RFQ
State whether inspection is factory self-check, live video review or an independent third-party visit; identify the sample size, test items, report format, correction process and release authority. Inspection cost and timing should be confirmed in the quotation for the specific order.

For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
