Survey the delivery route
Measure the entrance, doors, corridors, stairs, elevators and final room before shipment. Confirm floor loading, table orientation and cue clearance so the installation team can plan component handling.
Document export packing
Use a packing list that identifies every component. Protect slate edges and finished panels, isolate hardware, control movement inside the crate and photograph each packing stage before container loading.
Prepare installation evidence
Provide assembly drawings, leveling guidance, cloth and cushion instructions, electrical notes for LED models and a clear route for technical questions during installation.
What to include in your RFQ
For a comparable quotation, send the target billiard discipline or table model, destination country, expected order quantity, intended venue, required customization and preferred delivery window. Ask the supplier to separate the standard scope, optional items, spare parts, export packing and installation support.
