Can pool and snooker tables ship in one project order?+
A mixed order can be reviewed after the exact models, quantities, packaging and destination are known. Container loading and freight estimates must use the approved packed dimensions and weights for those models.
How many cues and ball sets should a new club order?+
There is no universal ratio. Provide the table count, operating hours, player mix, storage and maintenance plan so the opening quantity and spare allowance can be reviewed.
Can you quote FOB China and destination delivery separately?+
Ask for the table and accessory value, export packing, FOB basis and any available destination freight estimate as separate lines. Final freight and import costs depend on route, date and local charges.
Is installation included in a club package?+
Installation varies by destination. The quotation should identify who unloads, assembles, levels, fits cloth, performs acceptance checks and handles follow-up adjustments.
What information is needed for a useful club quotation?+
Send the venue city, room and access drawings, table quantities and formats, preferred models or sizes, cloth colors, accessory list, destination, target opening date and installation plan.
